Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the Service before paying. No charge is made until the trial ends and you choose a paid plan.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund eligibility
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on a first-time paid subscription if the Service did not work as described and our team could not resolve the issue.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, usage-based charges already consumed, or renewals after the guarantee window.

Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
